The Perkins were Akron & Summit County's founding family!
We'll tour the Perkins Stone Mansion and learn about its inhabitants and descendants, including Mary Perkins Raymond (Yule), seen here in the check dress and apron, for whom the Mary Day Nursery was named. You know that organization today as Akron Children's Hospital.
Farm Fridays are free programs for preschool through middle school students. Parents and siblings are also invited to enjoy life on Mutton Hill!
