Community Talk Back: Economics and Entrepreneurism

The John Brown Institute will host is 2021 fall Community Talk Back on Saturday, October 16th at 1 p.m.

Join us for a panel session focused on economics and entrepreneurism of black owned businesses starting at 1 p.m. The program will take place under the tent and it will be moderated by Pastor Dr. David Nelson, Society board director and pastor of New Hope Baptist Church. A number of local minority owned businesses will have booths on the grounds of the Perkins Stone Mansion until 3 p.m.

The program is free and open to the public. It is funded in part by a grant from the Akron Community Foundation.
