Farm Friday - Juneteenth

Jun 19, 2020

The Society will open the 2020 season with outdoor programming on June 19th.

During the months of June, July and August, the Society will host Farm Fridays at 10:30 a.m. This interactive program for young children includes songs, stories, activities and games.

Program sheets for all ages will be available on the Society grounds starting each Monday for pick up throughout the week leading up to the Friday program. These sheets will also be available online on our Facebook page and website.

Please bring your own chair or blanket as we experience Mutton Hill while social distancing on the lawn.

The grounds will be open from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Fridays starting June 19th.

Farm Fridays are free and open to the public thanks to funding support from Akron Community Foundation, Huntington-Akron Foundation, Ohio Humanities, the National Endowment for the Humanities and the CARES Act of 2020.
