Society members are invited to visit three historic sites as part of Akron's Historical Holiday on Saturday, November 21st from 12-3 p.m.
Denise Lundell is leading Society volunteers to prepare for new displays in the Perkins Stone Mansion entitled Simple Gifts for the Holidays. Samples of Pearl Coffee's special blend made especially for the Society to celebrate its 2024 Centennial will be available to keep you warm.
Members can also visit the Akron Woman's City Club and the Hower House Museum for free that same day. Just share your name at each site for admittance. Prepare to do some holiday shopping and gather ideas for your own decorating as you walk through these historic gems.
