July 12th is the Summit County Historical Society's 101st birthday! Join us for this free program that includes sheep herding of the cutest lambs we've ever see, vintage games, cake and frozen lemon custard (to highlight the Custard Stand and exhibit at the John Brown House in partnership with the Akron Zoo), house tours featuring kNOw PERKINS, kNOw AKRON, and more.
Reserve your free ticket to make sure there's enough cake - EventBrite
The event runs from 1 - 3 p.m. Parking is available at the John Brown House, the grass lot at the corner of S. Portage Path and ADA parking at our paved lot behind the Perkins Stone Mansion.
