The 2009 rally took place on October 3rd amidst wonderfully crisp, fall weather. Participants came in cars of all shapes and sizes and many participants dressed in vintage clothing in recognition of the 1930’s theme “Brother Can You Spare a Dime”. The evening’s festivities were set at Happy Days Lodge in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Happy Days was built in 1938 by the CCC - the rustic setting was perfect for the 1930’s themed event. Tables were decorated with beautiful tin can flower displays, bandanas tied with twine, and candles and musical classics of the era were played on the Historical Society’s vintage Victrola. A fantastic time was had by all. Check out our slide show and enjoy the memories.

Thanks to our generous sponsors for making the 2009 event possible.
